It is an interesting nature trails in a site recognized by the EU and which represents a typical habitat of the Mediterranean coastline.

Here there are dune formations with junipers and a hygrophilous wood rare type, due to the existence of “Fantine” that are wet, periodically flooded depressions.

The greenery is full of species adapted to live partially submerged, settled in a muddy soil. The area is  covered by one of the great migratory flows and is populated by Heron, Egret, Cormorant, white Heron and some birds of prey.

JOURNEY TIME 4 hours and 30 minutes (Planned stop have been foreseen in order to favor the full body efficiency)

DIFFICULTY: T = Touristic (it consists of itineraries on small routes, mule tracks and easy, visible paths,  that  do not present uncertainties, difficulties or orientation problems. Those kind of itineraries are also suitable for hikers on their first experience).
